January Tarot Course

Quoth the Raven invites you to join a four-class Tarot Reading series led by local reader Grace Marengo. Designed for beginners and curious learners alike, this course offers a supportive, hands-on introduction to tarot, with an emphasis on learning together and building community through shared practice. Classes encourage discussion, connection, and confidence as you grow more comfortable with the cards.

Students are encouraged to bring their own deck if they have one; extra decks will be available for use during class. Participants also receive 10% off the purchase of a new deck. A discounted rate is available when enrolling in the full four-class series.

January 4th - Class I. An Introduction to Tarot

• In this class, we will cover a brief history of tarot, learn about tarot deck structure, discuss the numerology and symbolism of all cards, and gain an understanding of the suits of tarot.

January 11th - Class II. The Minor Arcana

• In this class, we will cover the meanings of the 56 Minor Arcana Cards, as well as dive deeper into the significance of the four suits.

January 18th - Class III. The Major Arcana

• In this class, we will cover the meanings of the 22 Major Arcana Cards in depth, and begin to practice understanding the cards in different contexts.

January 25th - Class IV. Spreads & Connections

• In this class, we will cover some basic spreads and practice reading cards with our classmates!
